Eva Longoria has some advice for Jessica Simpson, according to The Associated Press reports.

Longoria, who is married to San Antonio Spurs star Tony Parker, says Simpson is taking unnecessary heat from Dallas Cowboys fans who blame the 27-year-old singer's weekend trip to Mexico with her boyfriend, quarterback Tony Romo, for the Cowboys' defeat by the New York Giants.

"People gave me that ... when I started dating Tony," Longoria, star of ABC's "Desperate Housewives," said in an interview Monday with E! Entertainment Television's "Daily 10."

"If he had a bad game they'd blame me. If he, uh, you know, had an injury, it's like, 'What did you do to him?'" the 32-year-old actress laughed.

"Believe me, they are not thinking about us when they're on the court, when they're on the field," she said of Parker and Romo. "It's like they've got a little more important things to do."

Longoria, who wed Parker last July, also shot down speculation that she's pregnant.

"I've just gained weight from being on strike," she said, referring to the Hollywood writers strike. "I don't know who sits in a room and makes up stuff; it's really comical sometimes."

Last month, Parker, 25, sued a celebrity gossip Web site for publishing stories that alleged he had an affair with a French model. He's seeking at least $40 million in damages.

"The Internet rumor is the first time we actually sued," Longoria said. "Because it ... went a little too far. And for it being so false and so not true, it was like, 'Wow, really.'"

im glad someone who knows exactly where shes coming from is sticking up for her. Eva knows the situation and she can speak the truth. Finally someone is backing her up. It seems like more and more these days everytime an athlete has a bad game its someones fault and we ridicule them, but the public forgets that athletes are humans too they make mistakes too.

We would love for Jessica Simpson to come to this celebration. And don’t worry, we will pay for it!” Ukrainians say Jess looks like Barbie. “She is very famous here. The Dukes of Hazzard was shown 10 times on TV last month,” says Gevorcyan. “I don’t really care what I’m famous for, as long as I get to do the movie roles I want to do and still make records,” Jessica, 27, has said. Blonde Ambition hit Ukraine’s top film spot during the period of February 14–17, and reports say it earned $253,008.

President Bush made a funny about Jessica Simpson in front of the New York Giant yesterday. UsWeekly reports that he said, "We're going to send Jessica Simpson to the Democrat National Convention."

This would have been funny if Cindy McCain had said it. Cindy probably has amazing comedic delivery. Seriously, when is she taking her solo act on the road? Valium will sponsor it.

Bush should not know about this kind of shit! He shouldn't even know who Jessica Simpson is. I'm sure he loves to dance in his underwear to "With You," but still! Doesn't he have better things to think about? Yeah, wrong question.

If the family of Tony Romo pulling for Carrie Underwood over Jessica Simpson? According to a report from OK! magazine that is the case. The report claims that Jessica's boyfriend, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo, may not be ready to settle down. Deeper in the report from OK! an insider is cited that makes the Carrie over Jessica claim.

The family, the source says, won't allow Jessica, whom the jokingly refer to as “the special person with issues,” in their Wisconsin home, and have been avoiding calls from papa Joe. Tony Romo Likes Jessica Natural

When you think Jessica Simpson, you think blonde hair extensions, 5 inch heels and a lot of makeup. Unfortunately and fortunately for her, her current man Tony Romo doesn't like it when Jessica looks like a clown. He prefers Jess all natural.

A source told Life and Style Weekly, “She always worried about how she looked. Now she knows she can dress the way she wants and choose not to wear makeup and (Tony will) still love her just as much. She hates trying to look sexy all the time. Jess is a down-home girl on the inside.”

Jessica still following Tony around

Jessica Simpson was pretty hard to miss Saturday night at Tony Romo's 28th birthday party at the Travis Avenue nightclub Suite. The photos of them sharing blue birthday cake and saliva have traveled around the world on the Internet.

But earlier in the day, she was much more subdued as she quietly followed his round at the newly redesigned TPC Four Seasons Las Colinas golf course.

The TPC, where this week's EDS Byron Nelson Championship will be played, has been closed since last May for a $10 million redesign by D.A. Weibring and architect Steve Wolfard.

On Saturday, the honor of the first round on the new course was given to Tony, a new member at the Sports Club at Four Seasons. He and golfer Trip Kuehne teed off against pros Harrison Frazar and J.J. Henry. Club members were invited to follow along and watch the round.

One of the crowd of about 300 was Ms. Simpson. While Tony and his foursome walked the full 18 holes (5 ½ miles), Jessica followed for six holes before retiring to the Four Seasons pool.
