hey does anyone out there think that maybe she really does still love nick, and knows now that she made a big mistake,i don't like nick with the trl chick, my husband calls jess " a hooker face" i know what your thinking how could he, but he said that he has dated girls like that, i just feel sorry for both jess and nick, i don't think he is really happy with the trl chick, i mean has anyone seen the - VH1 BEHIND THE MUSIC WITH NICK ??? THAT KIND OF LOVE, JUST DOES NOT GO AWAY. i think jess needs to tell daddy to stay out of her personal life, and get her man back, at least that is my opinion.

I totally agree, I think that Nick will always love her, Nick is the one that wanted to try counseling, Nick didnt want to just give up, Jessica asked for the divorce. I honestly think that if jessica wouldnt have done the "Dukes of Hazard" she would still be with Nick. I think that movie made her head get too big and she thought that she was so sweet, so she decided she didnt need Nick and wanted to be with other men. I saw the change in Jessica the moment I saw the " Boots are made for walkin" video, starring in that movie made her ego so huge and she decided to sex it up for the video, before the movie she wasnt like that. We can only hope she'll come to her sences.

PS I think that Joe Simpson was pushing for a divorce all along, once jess's ego grew she listened to daddy and finally did what he always wanted.

I read somewhere on an interview with her that she said that her and Nick will always love each other. I know for a fact that Nick still loves Jess and he's admitted that he always will just as she did.

I feel bad for her because I understand where she's coming from, listening to everything her dad says like it's gospel (no pun intended, since Joe used to be a preacher). It's not Jess's fault her dad is a money grubbing jerk who would sell his own mother for the right price.
I do think that he convinced her she was too big a star for Nick anymore. But I honestly don't know if they'll ever get back together or if Jess will ever find anyone at all. She's so immensely popular that she has to give her whole life over to her career, and what lover in their right mind would want to compete with that? It's just sad....
