Jessica Simpson was saying how she could not understand what was going on with the no panty thing with Britney and Lindsay Lohan. She is astonished that so many young celebrities have been snapped pantyless. She says that she would just die if that ever happened to her. She always covers herself when she is wearing a short skirt or dress when getting out of a car. She says she will never ever be caught without underwear. She always wears underwear, that is her personal Rule. So I guess we wont be seeing Jess Pantyless all over the internet and Magazines...Good for her.

by the way if anyone watches the daily 10 on E! i love how almost everyday they make a crack about britney wearing no panties, its great, i almost die laughing everyday. I love E!
