Paris Hilton after being sent home was now re-ordered to go back to jail for the full 45 days. She was totally crying and breaking down and had to goto the hospital. It is also said she has bad claustrophobia and cannot stand being inside the tiny small cell.

Do you think shes being treated unfaily?

Its been discovered that nobody in the history of the legal system has gone to jail for the exact offenses shes committed.

I think the judge is going extra harsh on her! Trying to make an example out of her.

Pteam I totally agree. The poor girl...What she went through. Thank God that she is finally out. I heard though that she got extra priviledges. For example she had a cell phone that she used while locked up and they even gave her a brand new jail outfit when you are supposed to get a recycled one. She also got her mail hand delivered. They are investigating other possible things. Do you think Paris has changed because of this experience. I have to see it to believe it but she is very convincing....We shall see, time will tell.

I really think that she was unfairly treated, she should have never been sent to jail in the first place. She was sentenced the same amount of time that people who beat their wives do. What is that??!?!

I watched her interview on Larry King and she seemed very intelligent and nice. I liked her after the interview. Anyway, i think that going to jail gave her a different outlook on life. So we'll see how it truly changes her in the next few months.

She is intelligent no doubt, but she does not use it at the time of braking rule, I agree that it is a bit hrash to send her jail again but the rules are similar of everyone.
